This project required us to prep a basement floor for insulating and screeding for what will become three new apartments. In this case, the client was prepared to install the insulation and screed themselves to cut costs.
We started by installing the drainage for the new kitchens, bathrooms and laundry room.
Once the drainage was installed, we could bring the stone to a level that would leave enough room for the client to insulate and screed.
The last thing for us to do was to lay the membrane.
